Sherwin-Williams (W. I.) Limited, will launch their SHERWIN-WILLIAMS CHRISTMAS BRAWTA PROMOTION during the period November 15, 2019 through December 23, 2019 in 21 Sherwin-Williams Branch Stores island wide.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Purchase of $12,000.00 and over at any Sherwin-Williams Branch Store for a chance to win.

How will the draws be done

Enter as many times as you wish. Sherwin-Williams will electronically collect all data from customer invoices during the promotional period. The data will include the invoice number, customer number/reference which includes name address and contact number, as well as invoice total. This data will be supplied to a software, which will randomly read each record until stopped. When the software stops reading the data, the last random record will contain the contact information for the winner of that draw. This will be repeated until all subsequent draws are completed and a winner selected.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Drawing will take place electronically at Sherwin-Williams (W.I.) Ltd., Head Office at White Marl, St. Catherine on December 24, 2019.

FIRST PRIZE: The first correctly completed entry drawn will be the first prize winner of a Tolido Sectional Living Room Set from Courts valued at $104,848.83. One back up entry will be selected in the event that the winner cannot be located.

SECOND PRIZES: The next three correctly completed entries drawn will each win a 40” Colour TV from Courts valued at $52,423.83 each. Three back up entries will be selected in the event that the three winners cannot be located.

THIRD PRIZES: The next two correctly completed entries drawn will each win a Samsung Tablet valued at $25,047.50 each. Two back up entries will be selected in the event that the winners cannot be located.

METHOD OF NOTIFICATION

• At least 1 (one) attempt will be made per day by telephone over a 3 (three) day period to notify the First, Second and Third Prize winners.
• A number of 5 (five) rings will be considered an attempt. If the winner does not answer on/before the fifth ring, it will be considered a failed attempt.
• All relevant information, including the location and time when the prize is to be collected will be provided to the winner upon successful confirmation.
• In the event that Sherwin-Williams (W.I.) Limited is unable to contact a winner, the backup person will be contacted as the winner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purchase $12,000.00 and over to get a chance to win.

2. Promotion starts November 15, 2019 and ends on December 23, 2019.

3. Draw takes place on December 24, 2019 at Sherwin-Williams (W.I.) Limited Head Office, White Marl, St. Catherine.

4.Winners must present valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID) and will be required to sign for the prize as proof of delivery.

5. Only receipts dated between November 15, 2019, and December 23, 2019 will be valid.

6. Winners will be contacted by Sherwin-Williams W.I. Limited, White Marl, St. Catherine.

7. All prizes must be claimed within three months of the draw date.

8. Unclaimed prizes remain the property of Sherwin-Williams W.I. Limited, White Marl, St. Catherine.

9. By entering the competition, winners agree that Sherwin Williams W.I. Limited reserves the right to use his/her name and/or photograph in advertising, promotional and Public Relations materials. Should any winner refuse, he/she will automatically forfeit the prize.

10. Employees and their immediate families (spouse/children living in the same household) of Sherwin-Williams W.I. Limited, their dealers and Prism Communications Ltd. are not eligible to enter.
