S-W Masonry Conditioner and Sealer

A clear alkali-resistant alkyd binder-type sealer, excellent to seal walls with flaking and chalking problems. Recommended for exterior/interior use over unpainted common brick, concrete, stucco, casein, chalking paint, sandblasted masonry, soft and porous cement and asbestos shingles.

• Spread rate is 500-600 sq. ft/gal
